Twonk is a public 10-word timeline at twonk.me and as an iPhone app. By creating an account or signing in you agree to these terms.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, upload, or share hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, pornography, graphic violence, spam, or any other content that is illegal or that a reasonable person would find abusive or objectionable. You may not impersonate others or use Twonk to target, bully, or exploit anyone.
Public posts
Twonks, handles, bios, avatars, and photos are public. Anyone can read them without an account, including at a profile URL or a twonk URL. Do not post anything you want to keep private. You are responsible for what you post.
Filtering, flagging, and blocking
Twonk filters posts that contain blocked terms. You can flag a twonk as objectionable. You can block another user; their posts are removed from your feed immediately, and the operator is notified of the content. Flagged and blocked reports are sent to the operator.
Action within 24 hours
The operator reviews objectionable-content reports and will act within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who posted it when the report is valid. Ejected accounts cannot sign in.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from Profile in the app or on the website. Deletion removes your handle, posts, photos, follows, and login sessions. It cannot be undone.
